Decent place but some cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
New management is responsive and professional. Most neighbors are nice. Cleaning crew does a great job.
Cons:
One neighbor with loud guest screaming for them at AM hours and those guest steal packages. Maintenance has improved but can still be slow.
Old building with rusty radiator parts, small cracks in walls, squeaky peeling wood floors.
Advice to owner:
Replace the hard wood floors and cracks in walls.
