Management has improved and is relatively responsive issues, rent stabilized, nice courtyard, subsidized laundry for residents, near lots of transportation, bright with good windows. Relatively updated unit.
Cons:
Walk-up, no elevator. Walls are thin, and neighbors are on all sides, very noisy. Neighbors are not really friendly and there are people in the building who just don’t care and respect others, maintenance staff while responsive are not always the best. I dealt with a leaky bathroom ceiling for about a year and a half and the issue still isn’t resolved. Garbage situation needs improvement. Quite a few dog owners who don’t clean up after their pets so you’re dodging poo on the sidewalk on the regular.

Get better trained staff to manage issues and cleanliness

When something is broken they take forever to fix it . Management really suck and will at time give you attitude
