    Pretty basic for NYC
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Trash on every floor, only one unit per floor really cuts noise.
    Cons:
    Pests range from bugs to mice. Some seasons worse than others and management is generally on top of it, but for the area and age of the building it’s as expected.
