    Good location, needs better pest control (beware)

    Pros:
    Great value for the neighborhood, never had issues with heat or hot water
    Cons:
    Severe mouse problem that never was resolved other than management throwing sticky traps around. There were holes in the wall of every room that mice would come in through - found and disposed of 5 mice over a one year span :(
