Pros

Good experience- clean, friendly neighbors, super was great- very responsive and helpful.

Cons

The street used to be super quiet but the new bagel shops it’s very loud in the late mornings on weekend

Pros

A really great place to live, super is very responsive, tenants are great, we did have one mouse and one cockroach in the 2 years of living here (early on) and they were very prompt to get exterminators and such out to remedy the situation!
