My thoughts
Former Tenant
Pros:
Most of Neighbors are friendly and respectful, great area to live.
Cons:
The Superintendent doesn’t care about the tenants and doesn’t clean the bathroom. You going to have make complaints to the Landlord for him to actually do his job. some neighbors leave a mess in the shared bathrooms. Rooms are really small and some don’t have a stove. No mailboxes or intercoms.
Advice to owner:
Find a new superintendent who actually care about the tenants especially during a pandemic Also there should be a laundry room and mailboxes and intercoms for all tenants.
