    The Heat is steam and the utilities are paid by the landlord
    Cons:
    Cockroaches everywhere and the building management is absent

    Classic style, some original moldings and doors, quiet , nice location
    Cons:
    Management company and super frequently do work without permits, violate city rules, rat infestation in basement
    Advice to owner:
    Remove super and management company contact - find people that know and work with laws and regulations
