    It’s just alright

    Pros:
    A good location
    Public roof access
    Cons:
    Roaches are really bad no matter how clean you are
    Mice on the first floor and in my 3rd floor apartment
    Management guy is rude
    Hallway smells really weird most of the time

    Right above a restaurant could be a problem with roach sometimes
