    Great spot. But roaches
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Super is friendly. They have someone come in to do the garbage. Routine roach exterminator
    Cons:
    Couldn’t get rid of roaches. Had never had this many before. Neighbor was getting 15 a day. They did get the exterminator in every time, so appreciate that.
    Also packages get stolen a lot.
