    Pros:
    Nice and BIG renovated apartments. Ridiculous views. Solid management company. Have done a great job with the coronavirus and care about the tenants.
    Cons:
    Some tenants can be noisy in the lobbies and don’t treat the building or staff with respect. Crappy old windows but they just started replacing them with really nice new ones.
    Advice to owner:
    Set up text messaging for tenants to contact management.
