Great building, awful management

Pros

Great building, amenities, neighbors, doormen, concierge.

Cons

Management lies and only cares about taking all your money. They are sneaky and will rent you an apartment that has serious issues that affect standard of living and hope you don’t notice. Then when you notice and complain, they pretend to fix it and go through the motions to try to sweep it under the rug, forcing you to keep pushing and pushing to get anything done. They are immoral and will intentionally deceive you.

All the time. They’re in the process of upgrading the system so at least one is always down, but even the ones the “fixed” suck.

YES. Elevators are broken most of the time and you have to que up for 15-20 mins to get into an elevator. There are 1-2 functional elevators for a 41 story building so you can imagine how inconvenient it is.
