Great place overall
Pros
It's clean, quiet, I live facing the east so have no issues in terms of heat, doormen and maintenance are great people and very helpful.
Cons
Since my apt faces east, during the summer it can get difficult to stay cool when with the AC on. I've had several moments where there was a cockroach problem, they have someone come in about twice a month, but they should increase that frequency. Elevators require fixing a lot.
Advice to the owners
Continue being transparent to the tenants!
