    Pros:
    The location is excellent. The Doormen and porters are extremely nice. They don't allow flexes so the building isn't full of college students. BPC is extremely clean. No fee.
    Cons:
    It has popcorn ceilings lol

    Can't come up with anything yet

    Very nice super and building maintenance team.
    Cons:
    A bit noisy during the day but it’s because it’s NYC and the building is right next to the Hudson River.
