Difficult to know where to start. Filthy upon move in, downhill from there. Rodent infested, unresponsive and incompetent management and superintendent. Packages stolen constantly, door not locked at front, mold in unit. Water leaks, illegally rented basement apartment.
Advice to owner:
Stop ruining tenant’s lives and get out of this business. You are a pathetic excuse of a human being.

Pros:
Nothing, it was filthy upon move and problem started from day one
Cons:
Superintendent is incompetent, management is rude and downright mean. They care absolutely nothing for tenants well-being and safety. Three packages stolen within one week of moving in, doors consistently not secured from the outside, concerns, raised were ignored or brushed off. Every single time.
Advice to owner:
Stay away at all cost this building is mold and rodent infested. I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy..
