Pretty good place

Pros:
Nice location, has an elevator and laundry and is pet friendly
Cons:
Landlord/ manager can sometimes take a bit to get back to you. The AC/Heating seems to require an awful lot of repairs. A lot of repairs in general
Advice to owner:
Get renters insurance and invest in earplugs for sleeping soundly
