Landlord lives on the ground floor and takes an over keen interest in tenants activities. - Regularly entered apartment when tenant absent without permission or notice. - Called police on tenants multiple times after tenant raised an issue with their apartment. - Refusal to return security deposit without grounds. - Has slandered (multiple) tenants by writing to their employers (anonymously) with false and damaging allegations. - Stole USPS mail -
