The $300 ConEd bills - for what sized apartment? Has the building improve energy efficiency at all?

Don't know square footage, maybe ~1000? I think the high bill is because of the floorboard heaters used throughout the apartment. In summer its not as bad, nor if you bring a different heater

When there were issues the management was responsive
Location and there were some roaches but management dealt with them and haven’t had any issues since
Gym in the basement, roof access, never had an issue with pests/mice
The neighbors were noisy, building was not the most clean
Rodents, pest, mold, inadequate heat or hot water, defective building parts
Smoke detector issues, inadequate lighting, no lighting for stairways
No peephole on a door, no street number on the building, unlawful keeping of animals
