    building is fine but overpriced

    location is convenient
    Cons:
    no gym, very few amenities, overpriced for what it is (kitchen bathrooms are average, no washer dryer)

    Great experience except for brown water

    Really liked the doorman service and building
    Cons:
    Brown water constantly, wasn’t fixed over the time I lived here. Also had weird smells in my apartment from next door neighbors, and poor remodeling (AC vent had a opening to the outside and wasn’t properly closed)

    Awesome doormen, great rooftop and the building is always spotless.
    Cons:
    Traffic on Broadway. Leonard st is also very narrow so at least once a day someone double parks which results in 20-30 minutes of people laying on their horns. Cant turn AC on in units until May.
