3-year time, great staff

Pros

You can't beat the location. The apartments are also huge, and maintenance was responsive.

Cons

Don't love that the gym is an additional fee, and there's a monthly pet fee. Management also changed hands towards the end of my lease, and it was so difficult to get my security deposit back. It took seven months and a complaint to the AG.
