It’s pure mid

Pros:
I think this is a great building to live in if you work in an office. Elevator is a huge plus, decent space. Roof+gym fun.
Cons:
It’s boring and most living rooms do not have natural light. Super is hard to get in touch with and the management is a disaster
Advice to owner:
Bother the org to get things fixed. They won’t pay attention to you unless you bug them and emphasize the problem.

Nice building with great rooftop!

Great to have in-unit and in-building washer and dryer. The rooftop is wonderful!
