    Super close to subway, spacious alcove studio with closets
    Cons:
    Noisy and a little dated

    good location, wish it was quieter

    - convenient location
    - nice courtyard
    - cheap laundry
    Cons:
    - staircase door is extremely loud and the walls are thin, you know every single time the door is used as it slams shut
    - small number of washers and dryers
    - if you face towards the street, the sirens/street noise is very loud, if you face towards the courtyard, you hear louder conversations/laughter
