Really slow elevator Sometimes it does get a little cold in the winter Sometimes maintenance doesn't arrive at the specified time.

Great location, working elevator. Small community. Renovated apartments have a great look.
Cons:
This building is a Mouse Hotel. It’s nice enough for the area, but the mice are running rampant through every apartment. Landlord jacks up rent every year. The lobby constantly smells of garbage. No rooftop access. Very drafty apartments. Landlord tries to pass off a 1-br with office as a 2-br (which is illegal).
