Great layout, but street can feel sketchy at night

Sun-filled apartment, large rooms, and close to fantastic bars and restaurants

Cons

Very dirty and ill-kept while I was there (2021-2023) the street can feel sketchy at night, I think the building has changed management and been renovated since then
