Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 375 East 10 Street in Manhattan highlight the building's prime Alphabet City location and clean amenities as positives. However, concerns arise about rodent issues, unresponsive management, and high utility costs due to an inefficient heating system. Despite the responsive ownership for some logistical matters, the unusually high heating bills prompt caution for potential renters. The young resident demographic, private roof access, and proximity to a park add to the building's appeal, but prospective tenants should factor in potential heating expenses when budgeting.

When I was there, mice were a problem. Not sure how much that might have changed since.
