Nice rooms. Good landlord
Cons:
No security camera, ugly porch , small shared spaces
Advice to owner:
Repaint the porch

Pros:
1 apartment per floor. Washing and drying in most apartments. Kitchen was okay size, a little tricky if all four roomates are going to be using it frequently. Location is good in relation to subway station
Cons:
Room sizing and prices. Communication with landlord. Maintenance. Area is sometimes loud. Large construction project across the street that is really disruptive at times
Advice to owner:
Work on communication, commit to things if you say you are going to do them.
