    clean facilities
    feels more like it’s for families than new grads
    Great subway access
    Cons:
    Slight food dessert
    First ave can be loud
    Tub clogged often
    Heat is often way too strong and you can’t control it
    Advice to owner:
    Let the heat be up to the apt
