    Nice and Quiet….just how we like it

    Pros:
    There’s only two apartments per floor so more space in the hallways and less garbage. My neighbor is super sweet and very considerate especially when she’s having company. If any breaks or stops working my super is on it and fixes it in a reasonable time frame. Absolutely love this building
    Cons:
    Nothing everything is fabulous!
