Former Tenant
Pros:
Great doormen and fairly clean

Pool can get sceney / loud, and the building materials sometimes felt cheap (common with buildings like this)

Luxury in the funky East Village with the nicest doormen
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pool for the summer months! And not usually not very busy as many people go out of town in the summer. Great gym, rooftop and friendly neighbors. Doormen are super nice and friendly. On the same block with Trader Joe’s!
Cons:
Sometimes have to wait for elevator but there’s only 8 floors, so no biggie.
