Great living experience

Pros:
I love this building. The doormen are friendly, and the superintendent and porter are great too. Garbage rooms and lobby are kept really clean. I had a Nice apartment. It is Pet friendly. It’s a Nice neighborhood, with beautiful Jackie Robinson park next door. Close to A, C, and B, D subways. Also 3 train and m7, bx19 bus.
Cons:
It’s really Difficult to park for move-in. The Park gets a little noisy in the summer but you get used to it.

Lovely building right on the park

Pros:
Everyone is so nice. Very dog friendly. Efficient management team. Really great underground parking if you're lucky enough to get off the waitlist.
Cons:
The doorman is not 24hrs, only until about 2am. There are really no other cons.
Advice to owner:
I wish there were more underground parking available but I know it is in high demand.
