Great building in Harlem

Pros:
Very clean and well maintained
Cons:
No washer and dryer. For the price it seems too expensive

Management takes good care of the place.
Cons:
Not much. I would prefer an in unit w/d but washers and drivers are on each floor so it's not too bad.
