    Great Building with incredible amenities!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Incredibly spacious apartments, wonderful staff, and amazing amenities.
    Cons:
    They hike the rent like crazy AND somehow have it twisted so they charge more for a longer term rental.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop charging more for long term rentals. It’s ridiculous and abnormal.

    Nothing other than the long walk to subway
