Tenants appreciate the building’s cleanliness, pest control, and convenient downtown location with easy subway access. The community is described as friendly and quiet, with mostly young professionals and families. Some issues noted include occasional water shutdowns, construction noise from nearby developments, narrow apartment layouts, and management's slow or inconsistent responsiveness, particularly concerning individual unit owners. How much approx. is the utilities bill per month?

In the coldest winter and hottest summer it can be $200 a month for a 1 bed, but normally its $60-80. The building is great though. Windows have really good seals.
