In the coldest winter and hottest summer it can be $200 a month for a 1 bed, but normally its $60-80. The building is great though. Windows have really good seals.

been here for 15 years. this place is fantastic, great staff, clean. really no complaints.
no cons from me. fantastic place.
location, very clean inside, nice doormen, good mail system, very safe building, nice shared spaces
gym is a bit small, not very energy efficient
