Heating was consistent. Great summer sublet. Lots of homeless people outside on 23rd st though b/w 2nd and 3rd ave.
One of the windows did not fully close so I could hear commotion from the street.
Fix the window bruh

At least one elevator is down every now and then. AC is finicky but works well
