    Scaffolding and elevators ruin the building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    The doormen are ok. Not helpful but friendly. The views up high are great. Spacious apartments
    Cons:
    The scaffolding covers the whole driveway area and everyone lets their dog pee there so it smells terrible and the elevators are so slow and packed. And the courtyard could be nice but it’s not. They aren’t really trying.
    Advice to owner:
    Take down the scaffolding! Plant real flowers. Tell the doormen to come out from behind the desk.
