Great, fresh building

Pros:
- Super is extremely good
- Doormen are good
- Clean
- Decent gym
- Great rooftop
- Fresh apartments, clean building
Cons:
- Sometimes hear neighbors, not a big issue though
Advice to owner:
Get some more and heavier weights to the gym
