we love this building

Pros:
neighbors are very respectful. 24hr doorman, wonderful super, have never seen a pest after living here for 6 years
Cons:
kitchen needs updating with nice cabinetry, wish the gym would consistently have sanitizing wipes available.
Advice to owner:
make sure the gym is well stocked with wipes

- Super is extremely good - Doormen are good - Clean - Decent gym - Great rooftop - Fresh apartments, clean building
