Terrible management, insane expenses
Former Tenant
Pros:
Accessible and safe in the building. Neighbors aren’t too loud.
Cons:
Broken appliances, heating/AC units that run erratically (broken thermostats), horrible insulation, zero responsiveness from management. Utility bills are staggering for almost no usage. Building equipped with weak/minimal WiFi capacity.
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants, update appliances, insulate the building.

Penthouse apartment

Pros:
Small and quiet. Spacious apartments for price.
Cons:
Falling apart. Washing machines broken often . Super is never helpful .
Advice to owner:
Fire the super and hire someone decent. Fix the broken lights, walls.
