Straightforward apartment, no major issues
Great location close to Tompkins Square Park, Stuytown, and lots of bars/restaurants
Lots of natural light
Super is very helpful
Roof deck is a nice perk
Elevator is very useful for moving

Solid location, decent amenities

Pros:
Roof deck open most of the day, nice digital system, packages usually placed in the lobby in piles, nice neighbors
Cons:
Walls are thin, can't use elevators to reach floors 4-6 unless you live there.
