Well maintained building. Rooftop is top notch. Very responsive super and owner. We loved living here!

Solid building - bad elevators

Pros:
Great location, penthouses are unique layouts with tons of light
Cons:
No storage in or outside of units, mold issues that the building will not address and an elevator that is broken 1/3 of the time.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of the space and clean the communal spaces (rooftop, hallways and stairs.
