    the staff is absolutely lovely and all amenities are in good shape
    Cons:
    personally not a big fan living on 6th ave but tbh the location is unbeatable

    Views , apartment , good onsite management , central location
    Cons:
    Feels like a dorm , too many students , gym could be updated and cleaner
    Advice to owner:
    Resident manager could be nicer and gym updates
