Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of 300 East 23 Street highlight a modern, well-maintained building with clean common areas and attractive amenities, including a beautiful rooftop. Residents appreciate friendly staff, great doormen, and a convenient Manhattan location. The building’s heating, pest control, and garbage management are generally well rated. However, noise from two-way traffic on 23rd Street is a common concern. Some tenants note low water pressure and limited on-site maintenance support for repairs. While the owner is generally seen as responsive and the building is recommended by most, improvements in repair services and addressing noise could enhance the living experience.
