    Generically Nice Stay, would recommend

    Pros:
    - Clean, well maintained common areas
    - Beautiful rooftop
    - Generally good location (except for noise)
    Cons:
    - Very noise due to two-way traffic on 23rd Street
    - Staff unable to help with serious repairs
    Advice to owner:
    Please have your staff address small repairs in the apartment
