    Gorgeous, Bright and spacious!

    Pros:
    The aesthetic and amenities provided such as roof deck, common room, washer & Dryers and a responsive, gentle and knowledgeable superintendent.
    Cons:
    Losing my key fob and having to bother my super for access to building and apartment.
    Advice to owner:
    A canopy for rainy days on roof.
