Great building, terrible management company

Pros:
Amazing location, in-unit laundry, amazing kitchen - lots of counter space - and otherwise great interior. There was also a back porch.
Cons:
The management company, Newgent management, was the most useless management company I've experienced. I had a minor repair needed on my refrigerator that I spotted before I even moved in that the manage company did not fix the entire time I was there. Additionally, right after I moved in there was this weird fly infestation that impacted every single apartment. It took weeks for the management company to resolve it.

I also had to threaten to sue in order to get my deposit back.
Advice to owner:
Get a new management company, or at least fire Faiz. That guy is completely useless.

Solid building to live in !

Pros:
In-unit washer dryer is hard to beat - great kitchen appliances and moldings, great internal lighting.
Cons:
No doorman, so packages are left in lobby and can get stolen (has not been a major issue, but has happened).
Advice to owner:
Super overpromises and underdelivers
