Well managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Superintendent is extremely friendly and responsive. The building overall is kept very clean and have had no issues with pests or rodents. Well insulated from outside temperature and noise. Also don’t hear much from neighbors to either side of us or above us. Have had no issue with heat ac or water.
Cons:
Intercom system can be flaky but other than that no real complaints. We really like it here so far.

Love it for the most part

Pros:
1. Amazing doormen and women. They are always friendly.
2. The building is always clean and taken care of.
3. They are always willing to help and respond if you have a maintenance issue.
Cons:
1. The managers continue to fine residents at random with no explanation. It’s extremely irritating and unprofessional.
