Would give negative stars if I could - Nice units but management disaster

Pros:
This building is generally clean and trash is taken care of well. Neighbors are polite and noise is not an issue at all with solid concrete walls. The units are great if not for all of the management & maintenance issues.
Cons:
AWFUL MANAGEMENT; The management and board make getting any issues resolved in this building virtually impossible. There are massive external leaks affecting a number of units in the building for going on 2 or more years now. Despite constant pestering and threat of legal action, no progress has been made. There are constant plumbing issues and problems with the hot water that take weeks (!) just to schedule plumbers to resolve. There are also weird issues with how the building was constructed and limited access to parts that take a long time to arrive from overseas. Seems to also be an issue in resolving building maintenance for things like elevator buttons or wall panels that have fallen off.
Advice to owner:
Hire better management and remove the board president who is screwing the entire building over.
