Pros

Full service building with super friendly doorman and maintenance staff. App to submit maintenance requests and entry for guests which is super convenient. Overall great experience

Cons

Close to an outdoor train station so that elevates noise levels but only periodically throughout the day. Only close train station nearby is 7 station which is about a ~7 min walk.
