Noise from neighbors - is it obnoxious or occassional party? how well insulated are the walls?

It is constant. And neither the building, nor the police, care. The walls are made of double thick drywall, so it’s buffered a bit…but it can get VERY loud and rowdy in the building. Once of a. Million reasons why we left.

Walls are double thick drywall. However, the parties in this building never stop and management doesn't care. Neither does the NYPD. Move somewhere else that doesn't have GenZ tenants living on Mommy and Daddy's dime.
