management is disgusting

Pros:
This building is owned by billionaire private equity groups Blackrock and Vanguard ; therefore do not expect a shred of humanity from the landlord, leasing, or management. - SIDE NOTE recently found out the landlord was sued for tax fraud. Not surprising! They are difficult to reach, condescendingly rude, and do not care about their tenants. Management is israeli so they are quite racist. I was once followed, filmed, and harassed by Meirav Gavrielov (broker agent) inside the apartment building for wearing a palestinian kefiyeh scarf. She demanded to know my apartment number and name, followed me into the elevator, got out on my floor and filmed me at my door. If you google her name you can see this is not the first time she has harassed someone for supporting Palestine. The rooftop deck is often neglected and filthy, and the public spaces are dirty. They do not clean the washing machines often enough so they are dirty too. Management will ignore concerns they are legally required to handle, and often try to get out of their responsibilities.
Cons:
terrrible management, they ignore you constantly. i think there might be mold in the basement.

New building with nice views of the city

Pros:
New building with elevator, laundry room, GYM at the basement, and a roof terrace.
Cons:
Not much cleaning of the common areas, and sometimes the washing machines are dirty due to irresponsible neighbors. The furniture on the roof terrace is in bad condition.
Advice to owner:
More cleaning of the common areas.
