Pros:
Looooove this building. It’s super clean, elevator is almost always working, and management/super is super friendly and responsive. Close to subways and grocery stores! every unit has central AC/Heat. Have only seen one very small roach in the 2 years I’ve been living here. Packages don’t get stolen. Life is good here
Cons:
The building directly next door houses mentally ill patients. 95% of them are super chill… but there’s one woman who goes on random tyraids, so beware if you have a patio facing the building.
