I love the windows in the unit and the price for what you get is amazing! Each unit has its own HVAC, Water Heater, DW, and in-unit WD. They are quite responsive to maintenance concerns. There isn’t a gym in the building but they own a property near by that does and they give you access.
Cons:
When you reach out to them about non-maintenance issues and are seeking general information the do not respond. Morris and the maintenance team are amazing but Olivia is severely lacking in response and professionalism. The building lobby does not have temperature control and is very cold in the winter and extremely hot in the summer. The windows can be drafty and it is quite difficult to maintain a standard temperature in the unit itself.
