clean building but everything is electric

Pros:
clean and close to the train
Cons:
The surrounding buildings use the driveway to party in so the noise is pretty loud. The windows are not too solid so noise does permeate. Because the whole unit is electric including: heat, and water heating the average electric bill was $400. I saw a mouse in the time that I lived there but there was an exterminator.

Central AC / Heat, large sunny windows, elevator, spacious rooms, in unit washer dryer, clean trash chute.
Cons:
Construction on three adjacent buildings. Some pests/ mice but problem was solved after a few requests
